About Us

At Ning Hills Tea, we are not just tea makers—we are a family, deeply connected to the land we call home. Our tea garden rests at 37°N in Rongcheng, Weihai, Shandong Province, where the sea breeze meets the rolling hills, and the soil has nurtured generations before us. This is a place where mist lingers in the mornings, where birds trace the sky, and where tea plants take their time to grow, soaking in the rhythm of nature.

We don’t believe in shortcuts. No artificial flavors, no unnecessary additives—just pure, slow-grown tea, shaped by the land, the seasons, and the hands that tend to it. We know this soil, the way it changes with the years, the scent it carries after rain. We know the crickets that sing in summer, the sparrows that dart between the tea trees, the way the wind hums through the hills at dusk.

We grew up here. This land raised us as much as it raised tea. I still remember sitting on the stone steps with my grandfather, playing chess under the old pine tree, sipping freshly brewed tea as the cicadas buzzed in the heat. The same hands that once taught me how to hold a chess piece also taught me how to pick tea—gently, with care, respecting what the land gives.

From our farm to your cup, this is tea as it should be—real, honest, and full of soul.
