Not at all. The tasting is designed for beginners and curious tea lovers alike. We guide everyone through the teas and chocolate step by step, explaining the flavors and stories behind each pairing.
How long does the tea & chocolate tasting last?
The experience usually lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours. This allows enough time to taste several teas and chocolates, learn about their origins, and enjoy the evening at a relaxed pace.
How many people are in each tasting?
We keep the groups small and personal, usually around 8–12 guests. This allows everyone to interact, ask questions, and fully enjoy the experience.
Where does the tasting take place?
Our tea & chocolate tastings are hosted in a cozy chocolate shop in the center of Amsterdam, name cacao and spice creating an intimate setting for small groups to explore flavor together.
Is the experience suitable for couples or special occasions?
Yes. Many guests join for dates, birthdays, or special evenings with friends. It’s a unique sensory experience and makes a memorable gift.
Do you also sell the teas we taste?
Yes. After the tasting, guests can purchase the teas they enjoyed to continue the experience at home.
How often do you host the tasting?
We host the Tea & Chocolate Tasting once a month on Saturday evenings in Amsterdam. Dates are announced in advance and seats are limited.
